You are solely responsible for maintaining your account with such third parties in good standing and in compliance with any applicable third party terms of Service and laws for the services. By using one of these tools, you authorize LinkedCRM to act as your agent and on your behalf, or through third party services, and you agree that LinkedCRM may transfer information to or from third party services on behalf of third party services applicable to you, And execute command directions at your location or through such services. Third party services are not under the control of LinkedCRM, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, LinkedCRM is not responsible for any third party service's use of your exported information. The Service may include or incorporate third-party software components that are generally available free of charge for licensing fees that grant recipients broad rights to copy, modify, and distribute those components (" Third Party Components "). Although the Service is provided to you under these Terms, nothing in these Terms prevents, restricts or is intended to prevent or limit your use of third-party components under applicable third-party licenses or limits your use under such third-party licenses. All fees are non-refundable except for the refunds described in this refund section. With your account registration, LinkedCRM may, in its sole discretion, provide you with the right to a one-time fee refund payable within the initial period specified at the time of quotation (" Refund "). Refunds are subject to any terms and conditions specified at the time of registration. You can only get a refund once; Register and do not request refunds for multiple accounts. Refunds will be returned to the payment method used to make the original purchase and may take up to 30 days to process.
You authorize LinkedCRM to charge all fees for orders placed by you and for any service level you select as described in these terms or published by LinkedCRM, including all applicable taxes, to make payments in the method specified in your account. If you use a credit card to pay for any charges, LinkedCRM may seek to pre-authorize your credit card account prior to your purchase to verify that the credit card is valid and that you have the necessary funds or line of credit to pay for your purchase.
